Privacy Policy

Your videos and media
Files you import into the editor are processed entirely on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers. To let you resume a project, the editor stores your media and project settings in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). You can delete this at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Information we collect
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads on some pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at www.aboutads.info.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, and can change their choice at any time.
Optional Google sign-in
Signing in is optional; the editor works fully without an account. If you choose "Sign in", we use Google Firebase Authentication. Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can show who is signed in. Firebase may set cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in. Your videos are never uploaded, whether you are signed in or not. See Firebase's privacy information. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
Publishing to YouTube (YouTube API Services)
If you choose "Connect & Publish to YouTube", Lumnexvideoeditor uses the YouTube API Services. You sign in with Google and grant permission to upload videos to your channel (the youtube.upload scope only). We use that permission solely to upload the video, title, description, tags and thumbnail you choose. The access token is kept in your browser's memory for that session only; it is never stored or sent to our servers. We cannot view, edit or delete your other videos.
By using this feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time on your Google Account permissions page, or by clicking "Disconnect YouTube" in the editor.
Publishing to Facebook Pages
If you choose "Connect & Publish to Facebook", you log in with Facebook and grant the pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_posts permissions so we can list the Pages you manage and post your video to the Page you pick. Tokens stay in your browser's memory for that session and are never stored on our servers. You can remove access in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
Data deletion
We do not store any data from your Google or Facebook accounts on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. To remove Lumnexvideoeditor's access, revoke it in your Google Account or Facebook settings (links above). You can also email Njnationalcca@gmail.com and we will confirm within 7 days.
Microphone
If you record a voice-over, your browser will ask for microphone access. The recording is saved only in your browser and is never sent to us.
On-device AI
Auto captions and text-to-speech run inside your browser. The first time you use them, your browser downloads the AI model files from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) and the code library from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net); those services see a normal download request from your device. Your audio and text are never sent to them or to us.
Analytics
We do not currently use any analytics or tracking tools beyond the advertising cookies described above.
Children
Lumnexvideoeditor is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. We never store your media. If you signed in with Google, we can delete your sign-in record on request. Email Njnationalcca@gmail.com for any request.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date above updated.
